HOW IT WORKS
Your first step is to contact MTRPM to schedule a showing. Once scheduled, you’ll be shown any available unit at Rio Palma. Once we’ve found a unit at Rio Palma you love, it’s back to our office to fill out a rental application that will secure it. Our entire leasing department is then at your disposal to make this yet another hassle-free step toward putting you in quality housing that’s affordable too! After completing the rental application process and receiving an approval, we’ll schedule a date for you to move-in.
